HI, I’m Richard Ciotti. I’m the owner operator of RTC Design and Build. I’m a second generation General Contractor at the forefront of blending innovative design with precision building techniques that only comes from years of experience in the construction business. I pride myself on delivering top-tier solutions with unmatched precision and reliability. My team of seasoned professionals is dedicated to either enhancing structures, building them from the ground up or watching new structures rise like a Phoenix from the ashes of their older footprints, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project.

We are also parent company of Westside Debris: a post-fire debris removal company.
